If you are here, something brought you.
Maybe it is a team that is quietly running out of road. Maybe it is a title you have earned and a tiredness you have never said out loud. Maybe it is the drive home, when the meeting is over and the person in the car is the one nobody asked about.
I built this work because I kept meeting people who were praised for their resilience and never taught it. We ask leaders to hold rooms they were never shown how to hold, and we ask everyday people to carry loads we never named. So the load stays, and it gets a nickname: stress, burnout, a rough season. It is none of those things. It is a system doing exactly what it was built to do, without anyone stopping to check the cost.
My promise is plain. I will not hand you a slogan. I will give you language for what you are carrying, a skill you can use before the week ends, and a way to land it in both rooms of your life, because the leader in the meeting and the person driving home are one nervous system.
You do not have to arrive here whole. You only have to arrive honest. Pull up a chair.
